The CEFC Taipei office currently follows and analyzes:
- Taiwan’s domestic politics, projects regarding the reforms of laws and regulations of the state, identity politics, ethnic and religious issues;
- Social and environmental movements; relations across the Strait,
- Historiographical and memory stakes, educational reforms and textbooks;
- Cultural and artistic representations in the Sinophone world.

The CEFC can help researchers and PhD candidates during their stay in Taiwan:
- by giving them access to our libraries and office space
